Halloween

After stabbing his sister to death young Michael Myers is locked up in the nut house under the supervision of Donald Pleasance. Fifteen years later he escapes to return to his hometown to start all over again. At long last, John Carpenter's terror classic gets the treatment it deserves with the excellent double disc set from Anchor Bay.

Not only do you get a lovely remastered print of the film itself but you also get a second disc containing the longer TV version too (the additional footage was filmed on the set of Halloween 2).

Though there's little to offer gore addicts Halloween is still a fantastic film which inspired a shitload of wannabees for years to follow. The set also includes a great half hour documentary and a load of other extras including the usual trailers etc. Highly Recommended !!
